Research Paper Published in prestigious Journal of the Mitochondria Research Society with impact factor of 4.53

Office of Dean Research and Development, GLA University, Mathura congratulates Dr. Siva Prasad Panda on the publication of a research paper titled The interplay of epilepsy with impaired mitophagy and autophagy linked dementia (MAD): A review of therapeutic approaches” in the prestigious Journal of the Mitochondria Research Society with impact factor of 4.53 on July 2022.

 

The research article has covered the duration and age of dementia have been linked to a higher risk of seizures. Several researchers believed that the inflammatory brain cells microglia could be a therapeutic target for the treatment of a MAD associated epilepsy.
