In order to provide information about the explosive materials lying underground in remote areas at any time and in any climate to help the soldiers, the professors and students of the Department of Electronics and Communication, GLA University, Mathura, developed the 'Quadruped Spider Robot with Radar System Enabled', invented this prototype and got its patent published. According to the estimates of Prof. Vinay Kumar Devalia, Prof. Atul Bansal, and Associate Prof. Ashish Shukla along with students Rishab Johri and Saurabh Kumar, Department of Electronics and Communication, whenever terrorist activities take place, most of the threats to soldiers take place through underground explosives.
A prototype was prepared on modem research for the defense and
security of Indian soldiers. It was then filed for publication in the Patent
Office, where this prototype was approved for publication. Head of the Dept.,
Prof. Vinay Kumar Devalia, said that this prototype is very important in terms
of helping and protecting the soldiers, who will remain unmanned workers even
in an exceptional climate.
